TUWAIQ 2 is an armored Saudi vehicle manufactured by the AVF, constructed on a V – Shape hull to provide crew protection against landmines, explosives and potential ballistic threats. The vehicle is mounted on a military chassis from Mercedes- Benz (Unimog 5000) which provides high performance, flexibility & outstanding off- road mobility and different operational capabilities.

The vehicle is fitted with mine- proof seats against landmines & (NBC) filtration system as well multi weapon station (caliber 7.62mm, 50 mm , MK 19 ). The vehicle has a modular flexible configuration that offers other integral systems and broad range of equipment options such as internal & external communication systems, day & night vision & sighting system, external anti- (RPG) net.

Another configuration of the vehicle’s family includes ( RCWS) caliber 50 mm vehicle, command & control vehicle, ambulance recovery vehicle, CBRN vehicle, reconnaissance vehicle, thermal camera vehicle, corps of engineers vehicle, missile launcher vehicle & LTV as well as other versions according to customer’s requirements.
